After two years of creative collaboration, le19M is now a Major Partner of its neighbour POUSH, contributing to the programming of the artists’ incubator, both in Aubervilliers and in its off-site initiatives.

The aim of this partnership is to support the development of POUSH in all areas: support for residents, on- and off-site programming of the venue, production of exhibitions, and dissemination of the work of resident artists, curators, and guest talent. With the shared aim of opening up to the local area, this partnership strengthens POUSH’s initiatives to provide free access and outreach to the public.

This collaboration extends the partnership between the two organisations which began when POUSH first set up in Aubervilliers in 2022, leading to a number of creative collaborations.

The following year, le19M invited three POUSH artists—Kenia Almaraz Murillo, Julian Farade, and Pauline Guerrier—to present their work in Senegal, as part of a group exhibition at la Galerie du 19M Dakar, combining embroidery and weaving with other artistic disciplines and contemporary creative media such as painting, photography, and installation.
