Part of the network of French residencies abroad, the Villa Saint-Louis Ndar, set up in 2019 in Saint-Louis, Senegal, is the first multidisciplinary residency in sub-Saharan Africa. It promotes renewed dialogue with the continent in the fields of research, thought, and contemporary creation.

Echoing the creation of its first international programme in January 2023 in Dakar, le19M has become a partner in the Villa Saint-Louis Ndar residency programme.

Villa Swagatam in India aims to create a community of artists and writers to foster cultural dialogue between France and India. The project is also committed to cultural and environmental sustainability, favouring stays of several months in India for artists in residence.

In early 2024, le19M teamed up with Villa Swagatam to support the project of artist Victoire de Brantes at Vastrakala, an embroidery factory and subsidiary of Maison Lesage, located in Chennai. The work of Victoire de Brantes, carried out under the mentorship of Jean François Lesage, artistic director and founding member of Lesage Intérieurs, was presented at the Toulon Design Parade in June 2024.
